Cancellation Policy
We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. First Class Esthetics LLC may charge 50% of the service booked as a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. For repeated no shows, 100% of the service booked may be charged. This is reviewed client to client depending on the circumstances. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us via text at (812)630-7908 as soon as possible!
