Cancellation Policy
We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. First Class Esthetics LLC may charge 50% of the service booked as a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We charge 100% of service booked for no-shows. This is reviewed client to client depending on the circumstances. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us via text at (812)630-7908 as soon as possible!
